How to Boost Your Gas Mileage with Magnets

In this tutorial, I will teach you a simple hack that will battle $4 a gallon, with magnets. This is a response to the “Household Hacker How To Contest” A lot of people will think this is a hoax, but it is not…Just Go to google and type in fuel line magnets!

Now I’ve thought of a way to increase your gas mileage using magents. Get a huge horseshoe shape magnet about 8 feet long and 6 foot high and secure it on your bonnet with the prongs facing froward. Then drive up behind a huge truck and let the magnetic attraction pull your car along..whala instant gas saving…just be careful if the truck stops all of a sudden as you’ll likely have a nasty rear end collision
@Voxson1 Who cares if this is a scam at under ten bucks and the possibility of saving over 10,000 dollars in a lifetime of use. Try it because the odds are better than in Las Vegas.
I’m going to the bank right now to take out a loan for ten bucks so I can buy these magnets! LOL!
In gasoline, the molecules are oriented randomly… apply magnets, and they will still be oriented randomly! Even if they did induce a change (or charge of some kind as this person states), the molecules would instantly lose any alignment when they left the magnetic field. You will never find someone who can prove with empirical evidence that this even has any effect.. No they’re not all being gagged by the government, they just don’t exist in the first place.
This is a scam. Magnets fitted in sequence on the fuel line will not improve fuel mileage or reduce carbon emissions. Fuel molecules are not attracted or repelled by magnetic force and fuel consumption is directly related to correct tuning and servicing and driving habits which affect the quantity of air/fuel drawn into the engine cylinder. Magnets give no economy gain whatsoever they only drain your cash.
@serrtucheserrtuche Ur absolutely right. This video is incorrect. U have to have a sequence of magnets to work. Plus, I think they have to REPEL, not ATTRACT–I really don’t know this for sure cuz I bought a pre-made kit. Plus, u can’t just buy any STRONG MAGNET. It’s best to buy the world’s strongest magnet [Neodymium].
…one thing to lo0k up…
i thought the magnets had to be set so that they repel, not attract..
also
it works better if you sequence magnets on the fuel line.. instead of just one..
?
!!!
this hasnt been proven to work or not work but there is more evidence to prove it doesnt work so i figure dont waste your time.
From my view you are making the carbon to one side which will totally not gonna work. The only way would work are either north-north or south-south. I personally think that south-south poles would make more sense.
dumb witts…what u think the magnets are gonna do…i’ll tell u…u will eventually get a BUILD UP OF CRAP IN THE PIPE AS ANY MAGNETIC PARTICLES WILL LODGE IN THE EREA OF THE MAGNET…these people advertising this rubbish dont know what they are talking about
THIS DOES NOT WORK!!!!
i promise you it does not work!
trust me, learn from MY OWN mistake!
whats the name of the song and awesome vid ^_^
Thanks! I used to have the only video on this but the more the merrier! Get the word out these DO WORK!!!! Stop wasting fuel!!
All this was is a scam on eBay…
My neighbor made thousands off this by gullible people like you
Aren’t you too young to drive, Sir?
try it with your radiator hose, cut rust in half
a strong pulse magnetic field can reduce the viscosity of pure gasoline, pure diesel, and pure kerosene, no matter if they contain any additive or not. In addition, in many complex fluids, if a fluids viscosity is reduced, its surface tension also goes down. Surface tension now decreased allows for better vaporization and in turn improved gas mileage.
and yea.. itll work on steel.. why do you think if sothing metal is on a magnet for a long time it , itself will be come a magnet.. bc.. the magnetic feilds go tinto and thorugh it
i thought you made the magnets repel each other
You should align the magnets so they repell eachother !
I also use magnets on my air inlet channel/hose. I got my Audi A6 1,8T to go down to 0,55l/10km (43,8MPG). This is during longer trips on highway. Each time I remove the magnets my fuel consumtion rises to 0,76l/10km (31,7MPG)!!!
while doing this just make sure that the magnets dont spark when u throw them into the gass tank! lol XD
his fuel line is made of rubber hose.
did i say that:)
u always think ur the smartest person around
Assuming you live in the U.S. you can go to Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire or Oregon. I took that from Wikipedia, so I’m not sure how reliable that is. I did live in NH for 18 years, so I can assure you that NH is sales-tax free.
