@GEARHEADGUY92 i keep and old set of spark plugs than i install every time i do any engine cleaning. cheaper alternative to fouling good plugs every time.

@MRF2FITTY is this b12 the same thing as seafoam? or what is it?and does it make a difrence on the performace?

you are the best teacher way better college tech teacher

If you don’t take the throttle body off you are not cleaning the TBI properly especially the carbon just below the plates that effect the bypass air flow passed the plates and then causes the IAC motor to open too far and throw off the IAC settings

what the hell is the b12 doing? whats the perpose

my Silverado is a TBI and i sprayed carb/throttle body cleaner in it while it was running i jus hada buddy sit in side and rev it while i sprayed it, much easier and better way to clean it inside and out

Hey bear quick question for ya I just used the b-12 today just like u did and so far it seems to frun good but alot of people say it is supposed to smoke alot after did yours smoke?

it’s not that it doesn’t like it; you are simply over powering the fuel system. it’s almost flooding it.

yeah thats a good point also. it does not always foul them but its always a good idea to change them. and yes sea foam is an expensive version of b12 chemtool, its the same stuff, different can

just make sure you change the plugs after you seafoam because it fouls them

b12 is made by the same company that makes seafoam so either one is great im about to seafoam my ranger its in need of it great vid!!
